Binh Duong - The Provincial People's Committee agreed on the investment policy for the Suoi Cai road expansion project in Tan Uyen city, Binh Duong province.

The People's Committee of Binh Duong province held a meeting on investment in transport infrastructure projects in the area. In which, there is a consideration of the proposal of the People's Committee of Tan Uyen city and the appraisal opinion of the Department of Finance on investment in the Suoi Cai road expansion project.

The People's Committee of Binh Duong province has agreed to approve the investment policy for the project to expand the Suoi Cai road, Tan Uyen city.

The People's Committee of Binh Duong province assigned the People's Committee of Tan Uyen city to urgently review and adjust the general planning of Tan Uyen city and zoning plans to ensure the project is in accordance with approved plans.

At the same time, the People's Committee of Tan Uyen city was assigned to carry out procedures according to regulations to promptly implement site clearance work.

The People's Committee of Binh Duong province requested the Department of Finance to urge and coordinate with the People's Committee of Tan Uyen city to complete the investment policy dossier to submit to the Provincial People's Committee for approval.

According to records, along Suoi Cai is a large rice field area passing through many wards of Tan Uyen city.

Currently, Binh Duong province is implementing a Suoi Cai reinforced dredging project (from Tho Ut bridge to Dong Nai river) with a total investment of nearly 5,900 billion VND. Nearly 19km of Suoi Cai will be reinforced with reinforced concrete.

It is known that the Ho Chi Minh City - Thu Dau Mot - Chon Thanh expressway project also has 8km running parallel to Suoi Cai.
