The fruit set rate this year is about 90%, 30% higher than that of tea trees that bloom naturally.

    Mr. Truong Van Hoang - a member of Dong Thanh Sweet Tea Cooperative shared that this is a year of abundant revenue for the cooperative from the production process, harvesting to prices. If in previous years the sweet tea bar fluctuated at 100,000 - 120,000 VND/kg, now this fruit is purchased by traders at 160,000 VND/kg. The retail price is at 200,000 VND/kg.
