Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Duong Duc Tuan has signed a decision approving the update of the list of housing and urban area construction investment projects in the city's Housing Development Plan for the period 2021-2025 (phase 4).
According to the decision, the updated list of investment projects for the construction of commercial housing and urban areas that have been approved for investment policy includes 4 projects under implementation and expected to be completed in the 2021-2025 period; 7 projects expected to be completed after 2025.
Projects undergoing investment preparation procedures include 44 projects.
The updated social housing construction investment project includes 8 projects.
The project information adjustment includes 4 projects approved for adjustment; 2 projects named in Decision No. 1186/QD-UBND dated February 23, 2023 of the City People's Committee; 2 projects named in Decision No. 6017/QD-UBND dated November 23, 2023 of the City People's Committee.
The updated list of resettlement housing construction investment projects in Hanoi includes 2 projects.
In the case of projects that have not been implemented or are being implemented unfinished, or are behind schedule compared to the approved progress by competent authorities and are not included in the list of projects attached to the City's Housing Development Plan for the period 2021-2025 that has been approved (including updated cases), the Hanoi People's Committee assigns the Department of Planning and Investment and the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to proactively review, advise and propose periodic reports every 3 months.
In which, clearly identify projects that are allowed to continue implementation or are not eligible to continue project implementation (no extension of project implementation progress, no extension of land use/land lease period, projects subject to termination of operation according to regulations of law on investment, or projects subject to land recovery due to violations of land law); at the same time, send to the Department of Construction for synthesis, report to the City People's Committee for consideration, decision to update or remove from the list of projects attached to the Plan according to regulations in Clause 1.5, Section 1, Part V of the approved Hanoi City Housing Development Plan for the period 2021-2025.
