According to the Notice, Bao Loc city plans to reclaim an area of 36.7 hectares from 225 households and 1 organization in Loc Phat ward, Loc Thanh commune. The land is subject to recovery to serve the Bao Loc - Lien Khuong Expressway Project.
In which, in Loc Phat ward, the expected area to be reclaimed is 17.69 ha, including: Land of households and individuals is 14.9 ha, land managed by enterprises is 2.54 ha and land managed by the State is 0.76 ha.
In Loc Thanh commune, the area expected to be reclaimed is 19.12 hectares, including: Land of households and individuals is about 17.81 hectares and land managed by the State is about 1.3 hectares.
In Bao Lam district, the land area expected to be recovered is 53.32 hectares, with 176 affected households within the land acquisition area for the Bao Loc - Lien Khuong Expressway Project.
Of which, Loc An commune has 170 households, with 51.67 hectares subject to recovery, with 1,4662 hectares of residential land and 53 houses, the rest is agricultural land. Loc Duc commune has 6 households, with 1.74 hectares, and 1 house.
The expected time to implement the land acquisition work will be implemented by localities in the third quarter of 2025 to hand over land to investors and contractors to implement the construction of the Bao Loc - Lien Khuong Expressway Project in accordance with regulations.
In recent times, Bao Loc city and Bao Lam district have been focusing on implementing investigation, survey, measurement, and inventory of land area, houses, crops, and assets attached to the land of families, individuals, and organizations with land subject to recovery. This work has been implemented by the competent authority to ensure publicity and transparency according to the provisions of law.
The relevant authorities of Bao Loc city and Bao Lam district are also preparing a plan to complete the land price list to implement compensation and land recovery for people and related businesses whose land is subject to land acquisition. At the same time, deploy the construction of items and works in resettlement residential areas to support and arrange resettlement for people subject to land acquisition according to regulations.
The People's Committee of Bao Loc City and the People's Committee of Bao Lam District also require people and individuals whose land is recovered and owners of assets attached to the land to be responsible for coordinating with relevant authorities and functional agencies to organize the implementation of compensation, support and resettlement tasks during the investigation, survey, measurement, counting and development of compensation, support and resettlement plans.
In case the organization, household, or individual does not comply with the investigation, survey, and measurement of land area, statistics of houses and other assets attached to land, the State will conduct a mandatory inventory according to the provisions of law to ensure that the land acquisition work takes place on schedule and according to the provisions of law.
On the morning of June 29, at the intersection with National Highway 27, N'Thol Ha commune (Duc Trong district), Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee solemnly held the groundbreaking ceremony of the Bao Loc - Lien Khuong Expressway Construction Investment Project under the public-private partnership method (phase 1).
This important event marks a historic turning point, realizing the dream of building a highway, creating momentum for socio-economic development for Lam Dong province after many years of cherishing and making efforts.
The project has a total investment of about VND 17,718 billion, with a length of about 73.62 km passing through localities such as Bao Loc, Bao Lam, Di Linh and Duc Trong. Phase 1 of the project has a scale of 4 lanes, with a 17m wide roadbed. The investor of the Bao Loc - Lien Khuong Expressway Project is a joint venture of T&T Group, Phuong Trang Group - FUTA GROUP and Phuong Thanh Company. The project is expected to be completed and put into operation in the fourth quarter of 2027.
