The Hanoi People's Committee has just decided to hand over more than 7 hectares of land in Ngoc Thuy ward, Thuong Thanh ward, Long Bien district to the Long Bien District People's Committee to implement the project of building parks and lakes at planning block A.3/CXKO.
The location and boundary of the land plot is determined by the markers on the master plan map of the land to locally adjust the detailed planning on both sides of the road from Ngoc Thuy dike to Thuong Thanh new urban area, scale 1/500 at the land lot marked CXTP1 and HO1, established by Tay Ho Architecture Joint Stock Company.
The form of land use is that the State allocates land without collecting land use fees. The method of land allocation is land allocation without auctioning land use rights, without bidding to select investors to implement projects using land.
The People's Committee of Long Bien District is responsible for contacting the Department of Agriculture and Environment to receive land handover on the map and off the field; responsible for the origin, land use, site clearance, ensuring compliance with current regulations on construction investment project management.
At the same time, implement the project according to the approved investment project content, construction drawing design, and be responsible for ensuring planning; use land for the right purpose, boundary, and assigned area; implement the project to build parks and lakes at planning block A.3/CXKO of Ngoc Thuy ward, Thuong Thanh, Long Bien district according to the provisions of law.
The Departments: Agriculture and Environment, Finance, Construction, Planning - Architecture; Tax Department of Region 1 are responsible for guiding the People's Committee of Long Bien District to implement specialized management contents according to regulations. The Hanoi Land Registration Office updates the registration of land use rights, completes procedures for registration of changes, and edits land changes in cadastral records according to regulations.
Previously, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Trong Dong signed a decision approving the 2025 Land Use Plan of Long Bien District.
The list of works and projects included in the 2025 Land Use Plan of Long Bien District includes 152 projects with a total area of 651.03 hectares. Including 3 park construction projects: Construction of parks and lakes in planning block A.4/CXKO of Thuong Thanh ward (area of 6ha); construction of parks and lakes in planning block G.4/CXKO1 of Thach Ban ward (area of 22.3 ha); construction of parks and lakes in planning block A.3/CXKO of Ngoc Thuy ward and Thuong Thanh ward (area of 7ha).
