Regarding the reason for adjustment, according to the report of the Department of Construction of Bac Ninh, during the implementation of preparing land lease records at lot FJ26 in industrial parks (IPs) for secondary investors, the land allocation boundary did not match the boundary of lot FJ26 in the local adjustment dossier of the Detailed Planning, at a scale of 1/500 approved by the Provincial People's Committee in the previous Decision.
The land allocation of Desay Battery Vina Company Limited to the West of lot FJ26 overlaps with the sidewalk area of the internal road of the industrial park.
At the same time, between the two plots of land allocated to 2 secondary investors, a section of interspersed industrial land with a width of about 4.0 m is formed. Accordingly, it is necessary to adjust the planning to implement secondary projects in the industrial park.
According to the approved decision, the boundary will be locally adjusted and the FJ26 industrial land plot with an area of 71,344 m2 will be divided into 2 lots with an area of 30,657 m2 and an area of 40,687 m2.
The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province assigned the Department of Construction and FUJI Bac Giang Development Joint Stock Company to be responsible for the accuracy of the information, reported data, and appraisal contents according to regulations, and to be responsible for organizing implementation in accordance with current regulations of the State.
Song Khe - Noi Hoang Industrial Park is located in Tien Phong ward, Bac Ninh province, with a total area of about 149.8 hectares. Since its operation, the occupancy rate of this industrial park has increased rapidly, with projects mainly focusing on the fields of supporting industry, electronic components and precision mechanics.
Bac Ninh currently has 36 IPs established with a scale of over 10,600 hectares and according to the plan will develop to 50 IPs, with a total area exceeding 15,000 hectares.
