Mr. Pham Hoang Son - Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just chaired a conference to review the progress and resolve and remove difficulties and obstacles in implementing site clearance (GPMB) for the Gia Binh International Airport Construction Investment Project and related projects.
According to the report of the Provincial Land Fund Development Center, for the Gia Binh International Airport project, compensation and agricultural land acquisition and clearance have been provided for about VND 2,704.6 billion for about 5,000 households with about 598 hectares. Over 6,309/6,707 households and individuals with a declared agricultural land area of about 1,029.77 hectares have been declared.
The area of agricultural land with a land use origin determined is 818.0 hectares; the remaining agricultural land area with land use origin is about 445.79 hectares that are being collected, reviewed, and inventoried...
Currently, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center has developed a plan to propose the payment of advance compensation and site clearance for the second phase of about 250 hectares with a budget of about 1,102.5 billion VND. Pay compensation and site clearance in advance according to the temporary plan after the investor transfers the money.
At the conference, leaders of departments, branches, localities, and investors focused on discussing difficulties and problems in the project implementation process.
Concluding the conference, Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province Pham Hoang Son reaffirmed the viewpoint "implementing the Gia Binh International Airport Project and related projects is the core, important, and top priority task of the Provincial People's Committee".
Mr. Pham Hoang Son requested departments, branches and localities to strengthen close coordination and high focus to implement tasks.
In particular, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center increased human resources to support localities in carrying out site clearance for projects.
At the same time, provide full documents and data to investors, ensuring consistency and accuracy for implementation.
Localities urgently implement land reclamation notices. Prioritize the implementation of resettlement projects in the spirit of high concentration for counting, have advance payment, People's consensus, and have a site to immediately implement.
At the same time, strengthen propaganda and mobilization so that the People continue to agree, understand and support policies and guidelines.
Previously, on the morning of December 11, with the majority of delegates in favor, the National Assembly passed a Resolution of the National Assembly on the investment policy for the Gia Binh International Airport construction investment project.
Gia Binh International Airport has a scale of level 4F (according to the standards of the International Civil Aviation Organization - ICAO) located in Gia Binh, Luong Tai, Nhan Thang, Lam Thao communes (Bac Ninh).
The project has a total investment capital of about VND 196,378 billion, of which the investor's equity must be guaranteed to not be lower than 15% of the total investment capital of the project.
