Along with the Party Central Committee, National Assembly, Government and ministries, branches, and local authorities at all levels, the role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations not only helps improve transparency in the process of implementing the Party's guidelines and resolutions, but also helps strengthen people's trust in the government and institutions.
According to the General Secretary, social supervision and criticism must go into substance, focusing on issues that the People are concerned about, especially bottlenecks in policy implementation. Only when social supervision and criticism are effectively implemented, promptly reflecting truthfully the opinions and aspirations of the people, can the Party and State adjust and improve policies to suit reality.
Social supervision and criticism cannot lack a strong and creative mobilization method, especially mobilizing the masses to participate in this process. This must be based on technology, data and two-way dialogue, avoiding bureaucratization and formalization of activities. This is important in creating interaction between functional agencies and people, helping social organizations truly become a reliable bridge between the Party, State and people.
A very new point that the General Secretary mentioned is the use of technology platforms to participate in monitoring and social criticism. Technology, especially digital platforms, has been and is becoming an important tool in collecting information, feedback data and organizing dialogues with people. These platforms help improve the quality of criticism, ensuring objectivity and transparency in the process of collecting people's opinions.
However, to achieve this, it is necessary to focus on propaganda, explanation and clarification of the Party's guidelines and policies to each class of people. The Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations continue to promote their pioneering role in this matter, helping people to better understand the goals and meanings of resolutions, as well as their own participation in the implementation process.
Close supervision, scientific and objective criticism will be an important premise towards completing the goals in the Resolution, and the achievements and beneficiaries are the People.
