Large corporations have worked hard to learn and understand Vietnam's investment attraction policy with appropriate regulations that meet their requirements. Vietnam's recent progressive reforms have created a healthy, open investment environment, creating favorable conditions for businesses and corporations.
In the coming time, when ministries, branches and localities complete the streamlining of their apparatus, there will certainly be strong reforms, creating a more open investment environment, technology corporations coming to Vietnam will benefit from effective investment support mechanisms and policies. In the fierce competition to attract investment in the semiconductor industry among countries, Vietnam must change and progress, that is what Vietnam is doing and will certainly achieve the highest efficiency.
Along with the system of policies and laws to create a competitive investment environment and infrastructure to serve projects, another great concern is high-quality human resources. To be fair, Vietnam does not have enough high-quality human resources to supply investment projects, and universities have not been able to respond to the urgent demands of the times.
