Ready high quality human resources to meet investor needs

Impressive figures in attracting high-quality FDI capital in recent years, with names such as Intel, Samsung, and Amkor, show that Vietnam is an address for investors in technology projects, including projects in the semiconductor industry.

In addition to the above-mentioned “big names”, many other “eagles” are implementing plans to shift and expand investment in production and business in Vietnam. Recently, the appearance of the giant NVIDIA, signing a cooperation agreement to establish a Research and Development Center and an AI Data Center in Vietnam, further proves that Vietnam is a reliable address.

Large corporations have worked hard to learn and understand Vietnam's investment attraction policy with appropriate regulations that meet their requirements. Vietnam's recent progressive reforms have created a healthy, open investment environment, creating favorable conditions for businesses and corporations.

In the coming time, when ministries, branches and localities complete the streamlining of their apparatus, there will certainly be strong reforms, creating a more open investment environment, technology corporations coming to Vietnam will benefit from effective investment support mechanisms and policies. In the fierce competition to attract investment in the semiconductor industry among countries, Vietnam must change and progress, that is what Vietnam is doing and will certainly achieve the highest efficiency.

Along with the system of policies and laws to create a competitive investment environment and infrastructure to serve projects, another great concern is high-quality human resources. To be fair, Vietnam does not have enough high-quality human resources to supply investment projects, and universities have not been able to respond to the urgent demands of the times. But even though it is difficult, there must be a way. Vietnam has a force of intellectuals and scientists working in many countries in Europe, the US, Australia, the UK and many Asian countries. This is a human resource that can be "exploited" with a respectful invitation and appropriate treatment.

Not only are the experts Vietnamese, there are also many engineers and scientists in the world willing to come to Vietnam. If there is a policy to attract and create conditions for foreign experts to come and work, Vietnam will have high-quality human resources to meet the needs of investors, and create a scientific space for domestic talents to approach and grow.
