Vietnamese football fans are focusing on the fact that player Leonardo Artur of Hanoi Police received a red card in the AFC tournament but was suspended in the V.League. Many people are questioning "why is it so unreasonable". In fact, what surprises people is the existence of "Clause 6, Article 11 in the Disciplinary Regulations of the Vietnam Football Federation", not necessarily in the "unreasonable" element. Up to now, it has been there, in the text system. Rarely, if not never, has it been mentioned because there has been no related event, so it seems that it does not exist. In other words, no one pays attention to it, including those involved like the Police sector team.
Now everyone knows, whether there is an adjustment or not, time will tell, but in this case, looking at life, there is no shortage. There are people living in the feeling that they are "just existing". Working silently, diligently, regularly, without noise, without being called out, without being noticed. And then, they worry that the world does not know their presence.
But the reality of life shows that recognition comes according to the logic of accumulation. A law that has existed for a long time does not lose value just because it is rarely mentioned. A person does not lose meaning just because it has not been noticed. The difference only lies in the time it is "activated".
The system always remembers, even if people may forget. And when needed, the system will operate in accordance with what has been established, not emotionally, not following public opinion. That is cold but necessary fairness.
In work, in any profession, it's the same. There are things that work day after day, become familiar, sometimes bring a feeling of boredom, and sometimes ask yourself what you are doing, does anyone recognize it, and where will you go... But, just don't give up, somewhere life is still silently "taking notes", waiting for the time to be called, like Clause 6, Article 11 there.
Fate will record it in its own way, at the right time. When a person persistently does their job well, one day, they will no longer just be "existing".
