The speech of General Secretary and President To Lam at the 11th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front conveyed many important messages.
Wake up at the right time, to the right person
|
In the morning in the city, there are often calls to wake each other up. "Wake up, honey, it's late! ", "Brother, 8 am meeting!", "Son, school late!". Those calls fly over the balcony, crawl through the window, "tapping" into the sleep in the blankets. Some people wake up like springs, some people clumsily turn around, pull the blanket to cover their heads, letting the whole world knock on the door. But in life, there are sleeps that are not in bed.
Mission to promote the subjective role of the People

One of the important orientations for the period 2026-2030 stated in the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress is: "Promoting strongly the role of the People's subject, socialist democracy, the strength of the People and the great national unity bloc. Thoroughly grasping the viewpoint "The people are the root", the People are the subject, the center of the renovation, construction and defense of the Fatherland. All guidelines and policies of the Party and State must truly originate from the needs, aspirations, legitimate and lawful rights and interests of the People; taking the respect, guarantee, and protection of human rights, citizens' rights, happiness and satisfaction of the People as a measure and striving goal".
Clearly establish the role of the Front in the new development stage of the country

The 11th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2026 - 2031, takes place in the context of the country entering a new stage of development, with higher requirements for arousing people's strength, consolidating social consensus and promoting democracy. In that flow, the role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front is further affirmed as an indomitable pillar of national unity.
