Drink plenty of water
We should form the habit of drinking water proactively, not wait until we are thirsty to drink, not replace water with sugary drinks. Drinking 2,000 ml of water per day can help reduce the burden on the kidneys and also have a protective effect.
People with high uric acid can drink a glass of hot water before bed to help thinning blood and prevent gout from happening at night. However, you should pay attention to drinking water reasonably and not drinking stimulant drinks to avoid affecting sleep.
Avoid staying up late
Being late will lead to impaired immunity and metabolism. Long-term sleep is not good for the body's metabolism, gout is an un treatable disease, if prolonged, it will cause recurrent gout attacks, even causing complications.
In addition, gout patients must limit alcohol consumption, eat less foods with high purine content (mainly meat, especially animal organs) and eat more foods with low purine content (mainly fruits and vegetables). Among them, vegetables such as squash and cucumber are very effective in eliminating uric acid.
