According to the survey, the overall satisfaction rate is 96.64% (an increase from 94.54% in 2023). However, there are still some opinions from patients and their relatives who are not satisfied with the physical facilities serving medical examination and treatment such as toilets far from the patient's room (Kien An Hospital), the medical center does not have a canteen to serve patients (Tien Lang District Medical Center), and the infrastructure is degraded (Tien Lang District Medical Center, Vinh Bao District General Hospital)...
According to the Department of Health, based on the survey, the Department directed hospitals and medical centers to strengthen professional work, develop plans to repair and upgrade infrastructure, improve the quality of medical examination and treatment, and the spirit and attitude of serving patients.
