If you are looking for a dessert that is both delicious and not causing weight gain, try the oatmeal and peanut butter recipe below. Without refined sugar or butter, the cake is still soft, rich and sweet enough to satisfy the cravings for sweets.
Why is this cake good for health?
This cake uses simple, healthy ingredients such as ripe bananas, oats, unsweetened peanut butter, honey, milk and dark chocolate. Do not use butter or oil, the moisture of the cake comes from mashed bananas and peanut butter. The gentle sweetness comes from honey and bananas, combined with the rich flavor of pure cocoa and dark chocolate.
According to clinical nutritionist Cynthia Sass, author of the book Slim Down Now: Refined bananas are a great natural ingredient for sweetness without added sugar, while providing potassium and fiber to aid digestion.

40 ml of honey (or dates syrup if you want to be vegan)
