Why should you eat bean sprout oatmeal soup?
Bean sprouts contain many vitamins and minerals such as phosphorus, manganese, folate, vitamin C and K which are essential nutrients that help keep the body healthy.

How to make bean sprout oatmeal soup
Ingredient:
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 pureed tomato
- 65 grams of oats
- 125 grams green bean sprouts
- 5 grams of salt
- 2.5 grams pepper
Making:
- Dry stir-fry carrots and bell peppers with mung bean sprouts in a pan over low heat, until almost done.
- Add oats to pan and stir gently.
- After stir-frying the carrots, bell peppers, bean sprouts and oats, add the tomato sauce and about 125ml of water and bring to a boil.
- Cook the mixture over medium heat until the vegetables and oats are cooked, turn off the heat and let the mixture cool.
- Pour soup mixture into blender and blend until all ingredients are smooth.
- Strain the mixture into a pot, add salt and pepper to taste and bring to a boil.
- You can add water if the soup is too thick.
