The patient is Ms. Vang Thi Kh (23 years old, from Lao Cai), currently working at Nam Sach industrial park, Ai Quoc ward. According to her account, on the morning of March 4, while working, Ms. Kh suddenly appeared with dangerous symptoms: severe dizziness, unable to walk. limbs unable to move and unable to speak. The patient panicked, cried loudly, showed signs of vomiting before being taken to the emergency room by taxi by her husband.
After that, the patient was admitted to the hospital in a coma, with signs of respiratory failure requiring endotracheal intubation. Thanks to being taken to a specialized medical facility for treatment and timely blood clot removal intervention during the "golden hour", Ms. Kh overcame the critical condition. After only 1 week of treatment, her health stabilized, leaving no sequelae and was discharged completely healthy on March 13.
