According to a study published in the Journal of Agricultural and Animal Sciences, moringa oil is a rich source of fatty acids such as oleic acid, an omega-9 fatty acid that hydrates the skin and promotes collagen production, which improves skin elasticity. And the more nourished and elastic the skin is from within, the less signs of aging it will show.
