Full stomach after eating
If you often have bloating, discomfort, or heartburn after each meal, don't take it lightly. This is not simply due to eating too much, but may be related to the liver's metabolic activity being affected, causing the digestive system to work harder.
The liver plays an important role in detoxifying and processing fat. When fat accumulates in the liver, liver function is degraded, digestion is weakened, and gas is easily accumulated in the intestines, causing feelings of bloating, abdominal distension or stomach cramps after eating.
Eating little but often anorexic
Another sign of fatty liver is anorexia. You may no longer feel cravings, eating a few bits makes you nauseous or uncomfortable. This indicates that the liver is working ineffectively.
Fat accumulation hinders detoxification and metabolism, causing toxins to accumulate in the body and affect the digestive system. Even if you eat little, feelings of bloating or discomfort can still occur - don't be subjective about this sign.
Significant discomfort after eating a lot of grease
If you are prone to bloating and indigestion when eating fried foods and greasy foods, this may be a warning sign of fatty liver. Weakened liver will not effectively treat fat, causing the amount of fat intake to accumulate more, causing discomfort in the abdomen after eating.
At a more advanced stage, you may experience a simmering pain in the upper right abdomen, especially after meals. The liver lies in this position, when overweight or fat accumulation can compress the surrounding nerves, causing a simmering sensation or increasing the level of pain more clearly after eating.
