What is Tadasana?

Tadasana is roughly translated as a mountain posture, symbolizing strength, stability and solid. This is a fairly simple standing posture, when you practice, you just need to align your body in a straight and firm position.
Although simple, the Tadasana posture helps to lose weight very effectively by improving posture, strengthening the body and helping the mind more calm.
