The City People's Committee issued a plan with 4 key contents. The Hanoi People's Committee assigned the Department of Health to direct and guide affiliated units to develop international cooperation plans on research, application and technology transfer according to the functions and tasks of the unit.
At the same time, coordinate with the Department of Science and Technology, the Department of Finance, the Office of the City People's Committee and related units to review and propose mechanisms and policies to encourage international cooperation, attract foreign resources for research activities, application and technology transfer in the health and pharmaceutical fields.
