Implement Decision No. 21/2025/QD-UBND dated February 28, 2025 of the City People's Committee on regulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Hanoi Department of Health; Decision No. 121/QD-SNV dated February 27, 2025 of the Department of Home Affairs on the transfer of civil servants, public employees and workers from the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs to departments and branches under the City People's Committee.
Head of the Department of Organization and Personnel Tran Thi Hong Ha announced the Decisions of the Hanoi Department of Health on: Cadre work for the department's department heads and deputy heads; Decision on appointment of heads of public service units under the Department; Decision on personnel work for deputy heads of departments and units.

11 units received from the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs to the Department of Health include: Social Protection Center 1 Hanoi; Social Protection Center 2 Hanoi; Social Protection Center 3 Hanoi; Center for Mental Health Care and Rehabilitation No. 1 Hanoi; Center for Mental Health Care and Rehabilitation No. 2 Hanoi; Hanoi-Korean Children's Center for People with Disabilities; Vietnam - Korea Rehabilitation Center; Birla Hanoi Children's Village; Hanoi SOS Children's Village; Hanoi Disability Caregiver Center; Hanoi Children's Social Work Center and Hanoi Children's Support Fund (Hanoi SOS Children's Village under SOS Vietnam).
Mr. Nguyen Dinh Hung, Deputy Director in charge and Mr. Dinh Hong Phong, Deputy Director of the Hanoi Department of Health presented the decisions and presented flowers to congratulate the heads of the departments; heads of public service units under the Department; deputy heads of the units.
Mr. Nguyen Dinh Hung emphasized that the consolidation and streamlining of the apparatus is a major policy of the Party and State; Hanoi City has done it very methodically, closely and initially had clear results.
Mr. Hung sent his congratulations to the appointed leaders and requested them to be united, attached, promote tradition, dedication, enthusiasm, and seriousness in their work, continue to lead and direct the excellent implementation of assigned tasks, contributing to the development of the Department of Health in particular and Hanoi City in general.
