According to information from the Hanoi Public Administration Service Center, from August 11, 2025, the center will officially deploy to receive 100% of online records for administrative procedures in some areas under the state management of the Department of Health.
A representative of the Hanoi Public Administration Service Center said that implementing online public services brings many benefits such as: no fees, administrative procedure fees (except for other fees to be collected according to regulations, outside the scope of the above fees and charges), applicable until December 31, 2025.
At the same time, people are supported with the cost of transferring administrative procedure results in Hanoi and to other provinces (26,000 VND/transfer).
In addition, according to the center, people and businesses will be able to submit documents anytime, anywhere, regardless of administrative time; the time for receipt will be shortened, reducing waiting time.
The representative of the Hanoi Public Administration Service Center also said that the reception (and refusal to accept, if any) was transparent during the application submission process, according to the motto "no contact", "no papers", to prevent possible harassment.
