After implementing the two-level local government model, Hanoi City continues to increase the application of digital technology in administrative reform, improving the quality of service for people.
One of the outstanding solutions is the launch of the Hanoi City Public Administration Service Center's online Sequential Number collection and appointment making feature via the iHanoi application, starting from July 21.
This feature is deployed at all branches of the Hanoi City Public Administration Service Center.
Through the iHanoi application, people can easily register for a security number online at home, saving waiting time, and proactively arrange personal schedules when coming to do the procedure.
To use the feature, people follow the following steps:
Step 1: download and log in to the iHanoi application using VNeID account.
Step 2: Select the utility "public Service" → Select the feature "Sett up a schedule for DVC implementation" → "Sett up a schedule" → "Select a branch" → "Select Submit documents or return results" → "Select the field" → "Select a schedule" to do.
Step 3: The system will automatically issue online serial numbers to citizens.
The time to get the serial number is from 8:00 p.m. every day on iHanoi until the number is exhausted. Citizens can track the progress of receiving documents on the iHanoi application.
After successfully registering to get the number, the application displays the civil servant's serial number and the serial number being served at the counter, thereby helping citizens estimate the time of service to come and do administrative procedures.
The implementation of the online Sequential Number feature on iHanoi after implementing the two-level local government model is a concrete step in the process of modernizing the administrative system, towards the model of a professional, friendly and paperless Public Administration Service Center.
