Black coffee with cinnamon powder
Cinnamon powder creates a natural aroma, and is also said to support metabolism and control blood sugar. When combined with unsweetened black coffee, this drink does not add much energy from sugar or milk.
10g pure black coffee grounds, about 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon powder and 150ml of hot water.
How to make: Put coffee in a phin or mixer, pour hot water and wait to get the juice. When the coffee is still warm, add cinnamon powder and stir well. You should enjoy it while it is still warm.
However, cinnamon coffee should not be seen as a drink that can directly "burn fat". Weight control still mainly depends on diet, exercise and total energy intake each day.
Black coffee combined with lemon juice
Black coffee and lemon create a slightly sour drink, helping to increase the feeling of refreshment. Lemon provides vitamin C, while caffeine in coffee helps stay awake.
100-150ml unsweetened black coffee and about 1/2 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice.
How to make: Prepare a cup of hot black coffee or ice, without adding sugar or condensed milk. Wait for the coffee to cool down a bit, then add lemon juice, stir well. Can be served after a light breakfast.
When drinking coffee for weight control purposes, you should limit sugar, condensed milk and syrups because they can significantly increase the energy of the drink. Coffee should also not be used as a substitute for meals.
In addition, you should drink enough water during the day. People sensitive to caffeine need to limit their coffee intake, especially in the evening, to avoid affecting sleep.
