The decision was issued on May 8 after receiving an inspection report from the Department of Health of Phu Tho province.
Two products Zunya Shiny Facial Cleanser and Zunya Collagen 3D Perfect Whitening Cream Make Up are detected with formulas and uses on the label that does not match the file. The remaining seven products include: Zunya Nano Collagen Whitening Day Cream SPF 50 +++, Zunya Serum Nano Collagen 3D Spot Whitening, Zunya Cleansing Water, Zunya Steam Cell Serum, Zunya Pure Clean Peeling Gel, Zunya essence Supf 50+/PA +++ UVA/UVB Protection and sakenzin whitingDaydaydaydayDaydayday Cream is also recovered for the same reason.
The Ministry of Health requires local Departments of Health to notify businesses and consumers to temporarily suspend the circulation and use of violating products and return them to the supplier. Linh Anh Company must be responsible for sending a revocation notice to the distribution points, receiving the returned products and handling them according to current regulations.
This move is part of an effort to tighten management of the cosmetics and pharmaceutical markets.
The Ministry of Health will continue to step up inspection and examination of cosmetic and pharmaceutical production and trading establishments, especially on e-commerce platforms and social networks. At the same time, encourage the application of traceability technology, anti-counterfeit stamps and increase sampling for timely detection and handling of violations.
