According to her, most people do not need electrolyte powders or expensive supplements to retain water, because filtered water is still the most suitable choice.

Drinking enough water also supports blood circulation. When the body is dehydrated, blood volume can decrease, causing the circulatory system to bear greater pressure. Meanwhile, high blood pressure is one of the important risk factors for kidney damage. Drinking water cannot replace blood pressure treatment, but maintaining enough water can help blood circulate better to the kidneys.
