On June 17, the Food Safety Department (Ministry of Health) said that recently on the websites: https://caoviethoang.com; https://caoviethoang-chinhhang.com, Cao Viet Hoang health protection food products were being advertised in violation of the law on food advertising.
Advertising functional foods that cause misunderstanding and have the effect of being a medicine; Posting, citing, quoting or giving opinions to patients about foods that have the effect of treating diseases; Advertising is not in accordance with one of the prescribed documents; Advertising foods and food additives lacks one of the following contents: recommendations on risks, warnings to subjects not to use according to one of the prescribed documents for functional foods.
Cao Viet Hoang health protection food products are announced and are responsible for the product by Cao Viet Hoang Research and Development Company Limited (head office address: 6NV3 House, Lideco Urban Area, Tram Troi Town, Hoai Duc District, Hanoi).
The Food Safety Department is coordinating with competent authorities to verify and handle according to current regulations and will publicly post the handling results on the Department's website at: https://vfa.gov.vn.
