At the event, Mr. Hoang Xuan Anh - Chairman of Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee - emphasized the province's determination to implement comprehensive digital transformation, based on three pillars: digital government, digital economy, and digital society.
These two platforms are expected to create a modern and convenient interaction channel between people, businesses and local authorities.
Accordingly, the Cao Bang Digital Citizen platform helps people easily access and perform online public services via mobile devices, quickly send feedback and recommendations to the government, and monitor, interact and evaluate the processing results.
The Vietnam Farmers' Platform will serve to manage and connect the activities of the Cao Bang Farmers' Association and its members, enhancing the efficiency of operations.
Ms. Nong Thi Thanh Huyen - Director of the Department of Information and Communications of Cao Bang province - also shared that the Digital Citizen platform is a tool to modernize administrative management, contributing to administrative reform, promoting transparency and efficiency in the relationship between people, businesses and the government.
The launch of two digital platforms is considered an important step forward to help Cao Bang develop its socio-economy and improve the quality of life for its people.
After the opening ceremony, the provincial leaders launched a campaign to guide people and businesses on how to install and use these two digital platforms.
