The storm near the East Sea is moving in a west-northwest direction at a speed of 25 km/h. Strong winds to strong gusts spread up to 450km from the storm's center.
Philippine storm forecasters say that Typhoon Noul will continue to move west-northwest until July 25, heading towards the Luzon Strait before turning northwest in the remaining forecast time.
