On June 17, a plane carrying 442 Haggars returning from Saudi Arabia was diverted in Indonesia after Indonesian authorities received a threatening bomb threat email.
The Civil Aviation Authority of Indonesia said it had received a report from the Indonesian airport operator "about a bomb threat sent by an unidentified person via email".

After 10am, the pilot diverted the plane from its original destination, Soekarno-Hatta International Airport in Jakarta, to Kualanamu International Airport in Medan, a city on Sumatra Island in western Indonesia.
The flight carryed 442 Hag Passengers, including 207 men and 235 women.
InJourney Airports - the Indonesian airport operator - said that after determining the security and safety threats, the pilot decided to switch to landing at the nearest airport.
The airport has evacuated pilgrims, and a bomb handling unit has searched the plane for explosives, the airline said in a statement.
