On September 20 (local time), according to TASS, US Ambassador to the United Nations Mike Waltz said in an interview with the Breitbart portal that US President Donald Trump is making efforts to find a solution to end the conflict in Ukraine.
Ambassador Waltz emphasized that the head of the White House is focusing efforts to close the largest ground conflict in Europe that broke out under the previous administration of Joe Biden.
According to the US diplomatic representative, in his upcoming speech before the United Nations General Assembly, President Donald Trump is expected to highlight the issue of national sovereignty, and review the peace agreements that he has contributed to building in the past year as well as diplomatic initiatives under construction.
Besides focusing on finding an end to the Ukraine conflict, the US leader's speech to the world also deeply addressed Iran's nuclear program, the issue of controlling artificial intelligence (AI) technology and the role of state management in this emerging technology sector.
Previously, US media channels quoted Mr. Waltz as also revealing that the Tehran nuclear dossier will be one of the key contents to be discussed by President Donald Trump at the United Nations forum.
