On June 15, President Donald Trump affirmed that the US was not involved in Israeli attacks on Iran in the context of the conflict between the two countries becoming increasingly tense in recent days.
Trump also warned that Iran risks facing Washington's "all its power and power" if it tries to attack the US military stationed in the Middle East.
According to President Trump, the US can help Iran and Israel easily reach a deal to "end this bloody conflict".
Mr Trump's statement came shortly after Oman Foreign Minister Badr Albusaidi announced the cancellation of the schedule for the next round of Iranian nuclear talks with the US, scheduled to take place on June 15, in the capital Muscat (Oman).
Trump had previously urged Iran to reach an agreement with the US on its nuclear program on June 13, warning Tehran to reach an agreement before it had anything left.
In another development on June 15, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced that it had completed "a series of widespread strikes on targets in Tehran related to the Iranian nuclear weapons project".
Speaking on social network X, the IDF said the targets included the headquarters of the Iranian Ministry of Defense and the nuclear project.
Meanwhile, in Israel, airstrike alarm bells also rang across Israel and Tel Aviv after Iran launched a new wave of attacks.
Iran's Revolutionary Guard said that missiles and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) of Iran targeted Israel's energy infrastructure and fighter jet fuel production facilities.
At least seven people have been reported killed in Israel, including a 10-year-old boy and a woman in her 20s.
