US has access to Greenland airspace and territorial waters

The agreement allows US aircraft to fly over and land in any area of Greenland, including territorial waters; US service ships are also allowed to approach and move underwater in the territorial waters of the island, except for cases where the parties agree to restrict.
This right is applied to US ships, public aircraft, armed forces and military vehicles, and opens up the possibility of deploying unmanned military facilities if the parties agree on the method of implementation.
