    According to information on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs website on April 26, Vietnamese Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Pham Thu Hang answered reporters' questions about comments related to Taiwan Coast Guard (China) leader Kuan Bi-ling's visit to Ba Binh Island this week to participate in drills, including armed landing drills on suspicious ships.
