On the morning of June 17, at the headquarters of the Vietnam Department of Physical Education and Sports (Hanoi), a sponsorship signing ceremony and the official competition costume of the Vietnam national table tennis team in 2025 took place.
Within the framework of the ceremony, Kamito officially became the exclusive sponsor of the competition costumes of the Vietnam national table tennis team.
The new competition costume has three colors: red, yellow, blue, bearing the strong mark of national identity, with a striking design of lotus motifs, symbolizing pure beauty, strong will and indomitable spirit.
Accompanying that is the slogan "The Power of Vietnamese soul - Steadfastly reaching far", expressing the fighting spirit and national pride of the athletes when wearing the national jersey.
Mr. Nguyen Quoc Hung - Deputy Head of the High Performance Sports Department - Vietnam Department of Physical Education and Sports said: "When a team competes internationally, bringing the flag and shirt will have a lot of meaning.
The coaching staff and athletes will feel the trust of the sponsor and designer in each shirt model. The debut of the costumes of the Vietnamese table tennis team is of great significance in the upcoming journey".
Mr. Vo Van Trung - head coach of the Vietnamese table tennis team shared: "Through the newly signed outfit, we are very proud and motivated. Beautiful, professional costumes make the team members comfortable, confident in competing, improve their performance to compete and achieve good results in the next period".
After the 2025 National Table Tennis Championship, the Vietnam Table Tennis Federation has planned to prepare to gather the Vietnam Table Tennis team in 2025. In particular, the key goal of the team is to compete for high results at the 33rd SEA Games.
According to the plan proposed by the Vietnam Table Tennis Federation to the Vietnam Department of Physical Education and Sports, the Vietnamese table tennis team will have a tight schedule before participating in the 33rd SEA Games.
If the plan is approved, the whole team will go to Indonesia to participate in the team's mixed-use table tennis tournament at the end of June. In July, August and September, the team also proposed to participate in other international tournaments. In November, the team plans to go to China for training to prepare for the 33rd SEA Games.
"After the recent national table tennis championship, we are practicing to maintain this time to wait for the team to gather. Countries around the world are investing heavily in athletes.
We will also have goals and will strive for the national flag color to bring the SEA Games gold medal to Vietnamese table tennis", table tennis player Nguyen Anh Tu shared.
