However, everyone is building a plan. The final decision will be decided by the sports industry leaders in the near future. ASIAD 20 is held from September 19 to October 4.
The organizers of ASIAD 20 will compete in 4 events of volleyball in Japan this year, including men's beach volleyball, women's beach volleyball, men's (indoor) volleyball, and women's (indoor) volleyball.
At this time, the 2 Vietnamese men's and women's volleyball teams (indoor) are being trained. The women's team has 14 players training in Bac Ninh while the men's team has 18 players practicing expertise in Hanoi.
The head coach of the Vietnamese women's volleyball team is Mr. Nguyen Tuan Kiet, and the captain of the Vietnamese men's volleyball team is expert Federico Rampazzo.
On May 25, Vice President and General Secretary of the Vietnam Volleyball Federation - Mr. Le Tri Truong shared with the press that the goal of the Vietnamese women's volleyball team at ASIAD 20 is to strive to maintain 4th place. Coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet and his students have achieved the above ranking at ASIAD 19.
