Since Thai Nguyen will compete in the national A-League, they are allowed to lend their team to teams in the national championship to strengthen their squad. Dang Thi Hong will still return to her home team to compete in the A-League.

The young main attacker's attacking moves and jumps often overwhelm the opponent. She attacks powerfully, not only using flexible swings with great force but also showing her intelligence, actively changing the ball to score points.
Besides, Dang Thi Hong always impresses fans with her aggressiveness and strength on the field. She saves and receives the ball in every situation. This is what helps the main striker from Bac Kan to be continuously given the opportunity to play by coach Thai Thanh Tung of LPB Ninh Binh.
Now, when wearing the Vietinbank shirt, Dang Thi Hong will reunite with coach Tuan Kiet - who led her in the Vietnam U20 women's volleyball team and the national team in 2024.
This will be a busy year for both women's volleyball teams as the U20 youth team will participate in the U21 World Championship, while the national team will participate in 6 international tournaments, including the World Championship and the 33rd SEA Games. If she plays well and matures both mentally and professionally during her time at Vietinbank, Dang Thi Hong will certainly remain a pillar of the U20 women's team.
In addition, she also has high hopes to be trusted by coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet, given the opportunity to join the national team to prepare for the tasks in 2025.
