The Vietnam Volleyball Federation has announced the list of Vietnam women's teams participating in the Shanghai Future Star friendly tournament in Shanghai (China) from July 13-19.
Accordingly, the squad includes main attackers Nguyen Thi Phuong, Nguyen Thi Uyen, Pham Thuy Linh, Bui Thi Anh Thao, Quach Thi Luyen; middle attackers Pham Thi Hien, Tran Thi Bich Thuy, Le Thuy Linh, opposite Hoang Thi Kieu Trinh; setter Vo Thi Kim Thoa, Vi Thi Yen Nhi; libero Nguyen Thi Ninh Anh, Luu Thi Ly Ly.
The coaching staff of the Vietnam women's team in this tournament includes coach Nguyen Thi Ngoc Hoa and 2 assistants, Nguyen Ngoc Dung and Karl Lim.
Sending a second team to Shanghai does not mean giving up achievements. The goal of the whole team is to improve the ranking compared to last year, while evaluating the performance and competitive spirit of each position in the conditions of international competition.
It can be said that Shanghai Future Stars 2025 is a valuable opportunity for the Vietnamese women's volleyball team to check in detail the players when they compete with representatives from Europe, South America, and East Asia. Each match is a test for the players.
