The championship events at the 2025 World jujitsu Championship ended on the evening of November 7 in Thailand.
At the end of this tournament, the Vietnam jujitsu Team won 8 gold medals, 7 silver medals and 10 bronze medals to rank 3rd overall in terms of medal achievements.
On the last day of competition, martial artist Phung Thi Hue won the 8th gold medal for the Vietnam jujitsu Team. She won the women's 45kg weight class in the No Gi event. In the final match, Phung Thi Hue defeated her Philippine opponent to win the championship. For Phung Thi Hue personally, she won 3 gold medals at the 2025 World Championship.
The achievements of the 8 championships of the Vietnam jujitsu Team are divided equally in the competition results of the fighters Dao Hong Son, Nguyen Thi Thanh Truc, Phung Thi Hue and Vu Thi Anh Thu.
The 2025 World Championship is one of the matches for the Vietnam jujitsu Team to test the professional techniques of a group of key players in preparation for the 33rd SEA Games. At the tournament, leading teams in Southeast Asia such as Thailand, Philippines, and Singapore also sent athletes to compete.
On the final results table, the Kazakhstan team is in first place with 11 gold medals, 16 silver medals and 13 bronze medals. The host team Thailand ranked 6th with 6 gold medals, 2 silver medals, 9 bronze medals.
After the championship, Vietnamese athletes will enter the competition for the youth championship of the 2025 World Championship, which will be competed until October 15-19.
