If nothing changes, the teams that will come to Vietnam are Korabelka, Dinamo Anapa.
In which, the Korabelka women's team is the defending VTV Cup champion. Last year, the Vietnamese women's volleyball team won the runner-up title after losing to the Korabelka team in the final.
This year, the VTV Cup 2026 tournament will be held in Vinh Phuc (Phu Tho). Representatives of the Vietnam Volleyball Federation said that the list of international guests at this tournament will be officially registered before the tournament's technical meeting.
The Vietnam Volleyball Federation has announced the VTV Cup 2026 organization program from August 8 to August 15.
This tournament will coincide with the SEA V.League 2026 (stage 1 in Vietnam, stage 2 in Thailand), so coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet will build 2 squads to participate in each tournament above.
Coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet said that VTV Cup 2026 is predicted to have fierce competition and with the task of playing at home, the Vietnamese women's volleyball team will focus to ensure the best results.
Currently, the Vietnamese women's volleyball team has gone to the Philippines to participate in the AVC Cup 2026. The tournament takes place from June 6 to June 14.
After the tournament, coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet will add forces to ensure more training work towards participating in the next international tournaments (including VTV Cup 2026).
