The Vietnamese women's volleyball team is training at Bac Ninh University of Physical Education and Sports before participating in the AVC Cup 2026 in the Philippines.
However, to ensure the best expertise as well as build a plan to strengthen physical strength for the important accumulation period, the coaching staff of the Vietnamese women's volleyball team will train players in Da Lat (Lam Dong) when returning home from the AVC Cup 2026.
The AVC Cup 2026 takes place from June 6 to June 14. This means that the players of the Vietnamese Women's Volleyball Team will move from the Philippines to the training point in Da Lat (Lam Dong) without returning to Bac Ninh.
However, coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet said that the fitness training program in Da Lat (Lam Dong) will only last half a month.
The Vietnamese women's volleyball team will return to Bac Ninh University of Physical Education and Sports in July. Last year, the Vietnamese women's volleyball team chose a training point in Vinh Long in the final stretch before participating in SEA Games 33.
According to the plan, at the beginning of July 2026, the additional force of the Vietnamese Women's Volleyball Team will be trained to join the current 14 players.
On the evening of June 3, the Vietnamese women's volleyball team will go to the Philippines to participate in the AVC Cup 2026.
The coaching staff said that the whole team's spirit is stable and everyone will take advantage of the time to get acquainted with the field in the Philippines to enter the official competition.
