Jujitsu Nghe An wins 15 medals at national club tournament

Nghe An - The Nghe An Jujitsu team played impressively, winning 15 medals at the 2026 National Club Championship.

On April 13, information from the Nghe An Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism said that at the 2026 National Jujitsu Club Championship, the Nghe An delegation participated with 12 athletes and achieved outstanding results with a total of 15 medals.

The delegation won 3 gold medals, 4 silver medals and 8 bronze medals, showing clear progress in expertise and competition performance.

In which, athlete Nguyen Tuan Dung competed excellently when winning 2 gold medals in the Fighting and Fun Contact events. Athlete Nguyen Tat Loc also contributed 1 gold medal in the Newaza Gi event.

In addition, many other athletes from Nghe An also achieved remarkable results such as: Phan Tuan Anh won 1 silver medal in Newaza Gi and 1 bronze medal in Fighting; Tran Van Hiep won 1 silver medal in Fun Contact and 1 bronze medal in Newaza NoGi; Ho Thi Hao won 1 silver medal in Fun Contact; Dang Manh Hien won 1 silver medal in Newaza NoGi.

In the bronze medal group, Nguyen Ba Luc won 2 medals (Fighting, Fun Contact); Nguyen Kim Bao won 1 Fun Contact medal; Dang Xuan Nhan won 1 Fighting medal; Le Thi Thuy Trang won a Newaza Gi medal.

According to the Nghe An Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, this result continues to affirm the effectiveness in the training and coaching of Jujitsu in the locality, and at the same time opens up prospects for development and improvement of achievements in higher-level tournaments in the coming time.
