On the second day of competition at the 2025 National Swimming Championship, Nguyen Thuy Hien continued to make her mark in the 50m freestyle event with a gold medal. The 16-year-old athlete finished first with a time of 25 seconds 90.
The silver medal in this event belonged to Nguyen Diep Phuong Tam with a time of 26 seconds 28 and Pham Thi Van won the bronze medal with a time of 26 seconds 71.

In addition, Nguyen Thuy Hien also won an additional gold medal in the women's 100m frog event. She achieved a time of 1 minute and 11 seconds 10, only faster than the second place finisher, Vo Thi My Tien, with a time of 1 minute and 11 seconds 32.
Ranked 3rd is Vu Thi Phuong Anh when completing the competition with a time of 1 minute 13 seconds2.
Notably, Nguyen Thuy Hien won a total of 4 gold medals in just 2 days of competition. Previously, on the first day, the young swimmer won the women's 50m frog and women's 100m freestyle.

In addition, on today's competition day (October 5), Pham Thanh Bao won the gold medal in the men's 100m frog (1 minute 02 seconds), the silver medal was Ta Minh Hieu (1 minute 03 seconds 53) and the bronze medal was Bui Sy Nhat (1 minute 03 seconds 61).
In the men's 50m freestyle event, Jeremie Luong won the gold medal (23 seconds 35), Tran Van Nguyen Quoc (23 seconds 47) won the silver medal and the bronze medal belonged to Hoang Quy Phuoc (23 seconds 67).

Finally, in the women's 400m freestyle event, Vo Thi My Tien finished first with a time of 4 minutes 18 seconds 57. The silver and bronze medals respectively went to Nguyen Ngoc Tuyet Han and Le Huynh Tu Uyen with a time of 4 minutes 26 seconds 17 and 4 minutes 30 seconds 68.
