For coach Nguyen Thi Ngoc Hoa, the 2025 National Championship final will be the highest professional challenge she is aiming for. Ngoc Hoa has been attached to VTV Binh Dien Long An women's volleyball for her entire career (from a player to a head coach). Similarly, coach Tran Dinh Tien and coach Thai Anh Van have matured from players to head coaches of their teams.
Everyone is determined to win because of the colors of the flag and shirt.Mr. Tien has been with Border Guard MB for 3 consecutive years in the National Championship finals (2023, 2024, 2025) while coach Thai Anh Van once led The Cong Tan Cang team to the final in 2021.
