New recruits of the Vietnam women's team are confident before the first SEA Games

Nguyen Thi Kim Yen said she was excited and determined to perform as well as possible when she first participated in the list of the Vietnam women's team participating in the 33rd SEA Games.

Today (December 3), the Vietnam women's team continues to have 2 training sessions in Chonburi (Thailand), aiming to best prepare for the 33rd SEA Games.

In the morning, the whole team performs physical exercises to maintain a state of satisfaction before entering the tournament. The afternoon is the time for tactical exercises, focusing on organizing attack - defense and group coordination.

The team's spirit is very good. The players showed high concentration and determination to complete the goals at this conference. In addition to the team's preparation, young player Nguyen Thi Kim Yen - who participated for the first time in a SEA Games event shared: "I am very happy and excited to be on this list. In the past, when I followed the teachers and sisters competing, I always wanted to participate in at least one SEA Games".

Talking about personal goals, Kim Yen said: "If I get on the field, I will try my best to play to bring the best results for the team".

She also said that she learned a lot from the older sisters, and shared that the team spirit after the first training session at Chonburi was very good, ready for the tournament.

Looking forward to the match against Malaysia, Kim Yen shared: "The whole team is focused on preparing, not subjective and aiming to win 3 points. I hope fans will always follow and support me. The whole team will try their best to bring the best results".

The Vietnam women's team will have their opening match of the 33rd SEA Games on December 5 against Malaysia.
