Recorded directly at the scene on the afternoon of November 3, Lao Dong Newspaper reporters recorded that the fire occurred in a thousands of square meters of excavated board factory adjacent to Provincial Road 325B, owned by Hai Hoai Company Limited in Xuan Lung Commune (old Tien Kien Commune, adjacent to Bac Lam Thao Industrial Cluster).
Dozens of fire trucks were mobilized to the scene to handle the fire. The police force is deploying work to ensure traffic and security and order in the area.
Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan - a resident of Zone 1, the old Tien Kien Commune (now Xuan Lung Commune) - shared: "This boarding workshop has been in operation for a long time, now that a fire has occurred, people are worried, hoping that the authorities will soon handle the fire, hoping there will be no human casualties".
In a quick exchange with a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. Chu Duc Khoa - Chairman of the People's Committee - said that the fire broke out at around 1:00 p.m. the same day. For now, no human casualties have been recorded, property damage is being counted.
The cause of the fire is being investigated and clarified by the authorities.
