Runner-up Rivan plans to visit Vietnam to participate in the National Volleyball Championship

Famous Indonesian volleyball hitter Rivan Nurmulki is likely to come to Vietnam to compete in round 2 of the 2025 National Volleyball Championship.

According to the investigation, a men's volleyball team has worked together and reached a preliminary agreement to invite Rivan Nurmulki to Vietnam to participate in round 2 of the 2025 National Volleyball Championship. The tournament opening date will be from October 10 at Ninh Binh Provincial Gymnasium.

Rivan Nurmulki is currently a player in the starting lineup of the Indonesian Men's Volleyball Team. The hitter has the ability to be an opposite setter. The Vietnamese team revealed: "The negotiation discussion with Rivan nurmulki has progressed positively and when this player signs an official contract, we will have a notice for fans to know".

With a height of nearly 2m and a good attacking and scoring ability, Rivan Nurmulki is one of the most experienced hitters of the Indonesian Men's Volleyball Team.

This player has participated in 2 stages of the recent SEA V.League 2025. In which, the Indonesian Men's Team won the second stage of the tournament and individual Rivan Nurmulki received the title of Best Opposite Player.

Currently, Rivan Nurmulki plays for the Wolfdogs Nagoya team (Japan). The hitter has a lot of experience playing for teams in Indonesia, Thailand, and Japan.

With 2 months left, round 2 of the 2025 National Volleyball Championship will compete again, so many teams have planned to hire foreign players to increase their strength. In round 1 of the 2025 National Volleyball Championship, the organizing committee noted that no Indonesian foreign players were registered to participate.
