Recently, many leading tennis players in Vietnam such as Ly Hoang Nam and Trinh Linh Giang have switched to competing in professional pickleball. Recently, another leading player in the domestic tennis community, Nguyen Dac Tien, announced that he will focus more on professional pickleball in the coming time.
In the latest sharing, athlete Nguyen Dac Tien said: "It is inevitable that many other teammates and I will enter pickleball, as this sport is developing strongly in Vietnam. Pickleball gives athletes more opportunities to reach viewers, along with recognition from fans, something we rarely get with tennis.
Compared to many teammates, I am considered a "rear person" for pickleball. Therefore, I will definitely need to try to practice and compete a lot to quickly catch up and overcome my opponents. I believe that with the available platforms, I will be able to do that soon".

Regarding the fundamental difference between tennis and pickleball, Dac Tien believes that the prerequisite lies in physical strength. While tennis requires a complete physical foundation, with pickleball, ingenuity and accuracy will be the factors that make the difference.
"Although I focus more on pickleball, if I am given the opportunity to contribute to the national tennis team in upcoming tournaments, I will always be ready to participate," Dac Tien confided.
To mark his official joining the professional pickleball community, Dac Tien and his teammates, Mr. Pham Minh Tuan, attended the event "The Challenger - Challenger - Challenger of all limits, redefining the game" of Soxter Pickleball. The Challenger has also officially launched a new racket model to mark the cooperation with athlete Nguyen Dac Tien.

Not stopping there, within the framework of the program, Soxter also officially launched Soxter Team - a team that gathers prominent faces of the Vietnamese pickleball community to develop the Vietnamese pickleball community to grow stronger in the future.
In addition to Dac Tien and Minh Tuan, the squad also has the participation of potential names such as Thanh Son La, Chinh Bac Ninh and Huy Me Pick - one of the faces that are creating a positive influence in the pickleball community on social networking platforms.
