Speaking before the U23 Vietnam training session on the afternoon of July 28 in Jakarta, Viktor Le shared: When on the field, everyone wants to win. No matter the game, we want to win. Hopefully the whole team will prepare well for tomorrow's match to have a good performance".
Hong Linh Ha Tinh's midfielder also said that he fully meets the professional requirements from coach Kim Sang-sik: "I try to listen and follow coach Kim's instructions to help the team as much as possible. I also thank coach Kim for always giving me many useful tips. Thanks to that, I feel more improved every day.
After a period of training with the Vietnam U23 team, Viktor Le is integrating very quickly thanks to his efforts to improve his Vietnamese language skills to communicate with his teammates: "I try to speak Vietnamese and am improving every day. When I was at the hotel, I often spoke to my teammates in Vietnamese. Thanks to that, the connection between me and the other players on the pitch is also gradually getting better.

Evaluating the opponents in the final match, Viktor Le admitted that U23 Indonesia is a difficult team to play, but the U23 Vietnam team is completely confident.
He said: "We have only conceded 2 goals since the beginning of the tournament. The whole team always maintains confidence in every minute, every match. Indonesia is a strong opponent, but we will play our best and hope to have a good match.
When asked about the possibility of the final match having to enter a brain-weighing penalty shootout, Viktor Le appeared calm: "A penalty is only part of the match. The important thing is how we performed in the 90 minutes. Hopefully U23 Vietnam can solve the match in the official time, but if we have to play a penalty shootout, then let it be done."
The final match between U23 Vietnam and U23 Indonesia will take place at 8:00 p.m. tomorrow (July 29) at Gelora Bung Karno Stadium, Jakarta. This is the third consecutive time that U23 Vietnam has participated in the final match of the tournament, after being crowned twice in 2022 and 2023.
