High bonus
The SEA V.League Women's Volleyball Tournament is part of the Asian Volleyball Confederation's competition program for the top teams in the East Asia region.
This year, the bonus level for each stage of the women's event at SEA V.League 2025 is expected to remain unchanged from 2024. In each stage, the prize for the champion team is expected to be 16,000 USD (more than 400 million VND), the runner-up team will receive 13,000 USD (more than 300 million VND) and the third place team will receive 11,000 USD (more than 280 million VND).
The Vietnam women's volleyball team started competing in the first phase of the 2025 SEA V.League in Thailand with a first 3-0 victory over the Indonesian team (August 1). Head coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet set a goal of striving to win the championship this year. If successful, the girls of Vietnamese women's volleyball will receive a significant bonus from the Organizing Committee.

The competition results of the SEA V.League are not included in the reward categories in Decree 152/2018/ND-CP. Regulating a number of regimes for coaches and athletes during the time of training and competition. Therefore, players will not receive bonuses according to regulations even if they win the No. 1 position.
However, the Vietnam Volleyball Federation always rewards and encourages national volleyball teams if they have high international results. When the Vietnam Women's Volleyball Team achieved high results at the 2025 SEA V.League. The Vietnam Volleyball Federation will certainly encourage and motivate them.
Bonus from the beginning of 2025
Statistics show that, from the achievements at the two international missions AVC Nations Cup 2025 and VTV Cup 2025, the Vietnam Women's Volleyball Team has been rewarded with valuable money.
After winning the AVC Nations Cup 2025, coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet and his team were rewarded with 450 million VND from accompanying units. Of the above figure, the Vietnam Volleyball Federation donated 100 million VND to the team.
Next, the Vietnam Women's Volleyball Team won the runner-up position in the VTV Cup 2025 International Women's Volleyball Tournament with a prize of 7,000 USD (more than 180 million VND) from the Organizing Committee.
The Vietnam Volleyball Federation and an individual also awarded the team a total of 200 million VND for the above achievement. Preliminary figures show that the Vietnam Women's Volleyball Team has awarded more than 830 million VND.
The Vietnam women's volleyball team finished second in the 2 stages of the 2024 SEA V.League, so they received a total prize of 26,000 USD from the Organizing Committee.
